My group Dearly Beloved has been on a roll lately.  We’ve had a few shows lately (2 Test Drives @ the Magnet, 1 appearance at the Spring Up The Creek Improv Camp), but tonight we’lll be having one impromptu show at 10:05pm in the basement of the Triple Crown Restaurant.  It’s impromptu because we literally organized it on Friday afternoon - mainly because we wanted to get 1 last show in before one of the members in our group - Austin Smith - flies out to his hometown of San Francisco on Wednesday to undergo open heart, valve-replacement surgery and spends the next 2 months recovering.  

We all love the dude a ton and we felt like having 1 more show with him would be the best gift we could give him, especially since we’ve been rehearsing this form together since last November.  As for why it’s at 10:05pm and not 10, one of the other performers - Megan Gray - finishes teaching her Magnet Level 1 class at 10, so she’ll be running over & bringing her class with her.
